Collaborating with the Center for Civic Innovation, my team and I worked with Westside Innovation Fellow Abbey Henderson. Her grassroots organization, Gangstas to Growers, gives former gang members and at-risk youth a chance to become productive members of society. This is accomplished through agricultural apprenticeships and teaching entrepreneurship. Taking inspiration from Abbey, we created a logo, collateral, promotional materials, and an ad campaign around her story and vision. The project culminated in the creation of a brand standards guide.
